Saldivias is far from the best South American restaurant in the Houston area, their steaks, chicken, empanadas, dessert and obviously chimichurri are the best ever. They have a great lunch special everyday! The owner is a very humble and caring guy. I went with a group of Houston Rodeo Vendors, that had to close, many lost their jobs and owners didn’t have an income. He sympathy with all of us and didn’t charge us for dinner.
