Absolutely love this place. Always great service and excellent food. Had the the spaghetti carbonara recently and it was quite possibly the best I've had (please don't tell my mother it might have been better than hers). I make a point of stopping by whenever I'm in the area.

Terrible experience! Had reservations for a group of 14. Our group eats once a month at different Italian restaurants. This is the worst we have experienced in two years! First, upon arrival, told we could not order from about 1/3 of the menu because our group was too large and it takes them too long to prepare. Service was extremely slow. Yet, restaurant was mostly empty. Exceptional service by everyone we encountered. The food was absolutely delicious. My husband said the eggplant was the best he's ever had and we have had some delicious eggplant. Love this place and can't wait to go back!

Ok with the service. Food was good. We plan to eat here if back in Colorado. If you look at the name of the place you shouldn't act like it's a fancy place....to those ppl that complain. It's cool for what it is. ;)

Saw the reviews that this was a great place to go, sadly they are not so great as the reviews. made reservations with a special request over the phone (to the owner) as well as with the sever to be, for an anniversary. Slow service, not even a hint of the recognition of the anniversary, nada. I would never recommend this place! It will be lucky to survive its first year in business. Good luck Salati!! You might want to train your staff a tad bit better!

As I mentioned that night, we don't believe in making excuses but instead offer an explanation: It was our fault for trying to accommodate a group of 50 on a very busy night. It just was a bad decision and it literally crashed our restaurant. We were slammed with nearly 100 orders coming in within 5 minutes.
