Great location really really bad customer service. There are too many good places to waste a night here. I want small businesses to succeed, but the owner has to want it too. This places drops the ball. If you make a mistake own it. Try bar Louie, brothers, torcheys, or any place ever before you go here. Could not be more disappointed in an owner or establishment.
So bad! Worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. The manager was HORRIBLE! We set up an area for our 16 person party in the bar area, which was empty. She didn't like that so she made us sit by the cold windows. Then proceeded to lecture us about the fact that we had more than 12 people. Worst customer service I have ever seen. A manager yelling at us, telling us we could call the owner but he wouldn't care. Said owner called one person in our party and basically said, "oh, sorry."

I have never had worse customer service. We were the only people in the establishment - they couldn't figure out how to print individual tickets for payment or take multiple cards?! The food was mediocre at best. The management did nothing to help smooth the situation - will NEVER be back.

Great value had a Flatbread, fried Ravioli and a drink for $10. Food was tasty and filling. Service was ok not friendly just efficient.
I loved the food and our waitress was fantastic! She recommended the wines & my cake! Delicious! My birthday was made terrific going there! Thank you!

Monday night I stumbled across Salati, while craving an Italian dinner. As a former food critique, this was the worst experience EVER. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile from a sweet short young, blonde lady. I waited 20 minutes to have my actual server take my water order. My server Kandice, was very cold and short with me while taking my order. All I wanted for a beverage was water but Kandice seemed to have other plans -pushing wine.
