I live in a apartment complex, today Salas tree service was trimming trees above our porch and didn't alert the residents. Tree branches came crashing down on our porch and nearly crushed my husband's plants/garden area. One half of a pepper plant was destroyed. When he confronted the workers they laughed in his face and just told him to go back inside for his safety.
