I've been working with Maria and the Salas Financial team for years. I've worked with them as a borrower and an investor. The ladies in the office are fun and easy to work with.
Maria Salas made my construction loan process difficult and confusing. I will never again use them for a construction loan. The process was confusing. If it wasn't for one of her employees who finally gave me the inside scoop as to how to ask for the money I wouldn't be able to start drawing money to build my house and eventually finishing the project. Maria was charging me interest for money she was holding on to and would not release. I hope she changes her ways and wish her and her employees the best.
Salas Financial.......simply the best group I work with in California hands down. Maria, Lisa, Donna are all just exceptional. You won't find better!
