I have been a patient of Dr.Siddiquis almost 3 years I could not ask for a better doctor. I soon will be moving to N. Carolina and wish I could take him with me but he is moving east. He not only gives me great medical care he gives me time for emotional care. BMH and Muncie are losing a great Dr.
