I was expecting a 4-star as it stated but missing. The food was good but the ambience (set-up, place, and service) isn't there.
Everything was fantastic! Oysters were fresh! The steak fries were the best.... have never seen any so big and delicious. Also had the carpaccio, which was muy sabroso!!! Of course the main dishes (ny steak and surf and turf) were nothing less than perfect. The creme brulee was smooth and tasty! Would recommend to anyone. The dining experience was also great. Our server and dining staff took very good care of us. Wish i ate there everyday!!!! Well done Salacia!

Unfortunately I was sadly disappointed in the quality of this restaurant. While the ambiance and decor of the room is beautiful, the food and service was sub par. We found ourselves waiting an extremely long time for our food and check. The food was average, but considering how expensive it is, I was expecting more. Many of our plates/food came out cold, under or overcooked. I would advise you to save your money and go somewhere for a fine dining experience. I've had much better in the area.
Classic place in Virginia Beach for special events. Right on the Boardwalk and have great steaks.
