I had an amazing experience here! Even though I arrived right as they were closing, they welcomed me warmly, took me as a client, and never made me feel rushed. I went to this “nail salon” yesterday and Im genuinely terrified to ever get my nails done again. When I walked in everything was fine, but after I sat down it just got worse. I was getting a gel x removal and a gel manicure and this women starts clipping the fake nails down but instead of cutting the tip she goes down to the VERY base of my nail and clips and basically butchered my finger. I haven't been to this nail salon in years since moving out of the neighbourhood but when I'm nearby, this is where I go. It's clean, quaint and very cozy and the staff are welcoming. I had Anna this time around. She was thorough, detail oriented, and efficient. Thank you, Anna! I can't stop admiring my nails. Will be back for sure!
