Tried to call a pick up order in and we had to call 4 times for them to finally answer to be put on hold for over 10 minutes and when they finally answered they were VERY rude with no apology either.

Absolutely amazing experience! The food was phenomenal and the staff are incredible. Even when the power went out they stayed positive and friendly. We had staff and customers standing around our table using their cell phones as flashlights so our chef could finish. Even had a medical problem while we were there and the staff was on point to help us out! I can’t wait for my next trip so I can go back!
My boyfriend and I live in Coralville and none of the Japanese Steak House restaurants even come close to how good Sakura is. We wish there was one closer but it’s so worth the drive! ☺️
