I didn't even make it through the intake process for my adult child before they were demanding personal information about me (not the client) that was completely irrelevant to my adult child signing up for counseling with insurance. When I asked for clarity via voice mail and email, I received no response. The intrusive questions and lack of response made me feel very uncomfortable about how they run their practice. I would not feel safe with them providing services to anyone I care about.
I've really enjoyed the few sessions I've had with Alexandria. She was attentive and created a safe space where it felt okay to be honest — even about tough topics. She has helped me navigate some challenging times with empathy, insight, and practical tools that I now carry with me in daily life.
