After having a terrible jewelry purchase in Mexico at a supposedly reputable store, I was a little leary of taking my moms diamond ring to any jeweler. I'm so happy I found Karim. He opened on a Sunday for me as I live out of town. He was so informative, honest and such a pleasure to deal with. He remade the band, reset the diamonds and did a wonderful job.
