Before I made the appointment, I explained to Trevor that I had recall work that I wanted to get done as well as getting regular maintenance done. He quoted me the price for the regular maintenance and when I got there to pay, it wasn’t the same as what I was quoted. I brought my car in to have a warranty part replaced on September 8th. I also needed the rear windshield wiper repaired. I left the car with them for 2 weeks while I was on vacation. When I returned on September 24, they still hadn't looked at the car. I didn't get my car back for another week and the rear windshield wiper still isn't repaired.
