Since Master Chef James left New Mexico, we have been searching, without success, for the caliber of freshness, flavor and creativity that Chef Oh demands from his dishes. I am quite certain that my husband and I will be traveling from NM to Milwaukee WI just to savor a bite of his amazing mackerel sashimi and his signature flaming roll. Worth every penny every time!
$30 for Korean style chirashi was bit too stiff. Too much veggie to fish ratio. If I am paying that much, I don't want every bite to have pickled gourd. It was like eating a deconstructed futo maki or Korean kim bop.
Nice swanky lounge with great food and drinks! Awesome happy hour with inexpensive prices!
We had dinner for two Saturday. The spicy salmon roll was a perfect appetizer. Nice variety of beverages and the server knew just enough to help us make the right choice. Bibambop and Hawaiian bbq with Tuna steak were both fabulous. Wouldn't change a thing. Will be back.
Great food, atmosphere and service. Went there for our anniversary
