3 times I've ordered the same roll and 3 times they've forgotten to include the eel sauce and spicy mayo that are a big part of the roll. their response? "we'll make sure we give you extra next time" that doesnt help me right now, does it? keep your extra sauce. there wont be a next time. 3 strikes are you're out.
