Our experience at this hospital was very bad. I came to the emergency department because I had severe vomiting and an infection. My condition was quite serious, but after the first doctor visit, nothing was done for the next 2–3 hours. During that time, my health kept getting worse. When the doctor finally came back and checked me again, I was given only a small amount of medication. I did not feel proper care was provided. Doctor was extremely empathy towards my daughter when I was concerned about her abdominal pain I don't know his name but he did good job. Nurses were very kind the clerk in CT and X-ray was also good in navigating us. Thank you 🙏 so much for serving human beings with utmost care. Life is precious!
I visited this place for my 3-month-old baby. The doctor was very helpful; however, the nurses were extremely rude and showed zero professionalism. They pricked my 3-month-old baby six times and were still unable to collect a blood sample. One nurse named Athwal said that my baby was weak, which is why they could not collect the sample. My baby’s weight is normal. Instead of taking responsibility for their practice, the nurse blamed my baby. Her communication skills were very poor, and her behavior was extremely rude.
We visit today on this location with my 1 month old baby for her serious health issues , a nurse who wore red scrub her behaviour was so rude and when she undress my baby , she scratch on my baby head . Even though her behaviour towards their colleague very rude. However we wait there almost 2-3 hours but they didn’t call us . When i talked with receptionist he told me that waiting time will be 4 to 6 hours or more. How could they do that, how my baby can wait for so long they need to put small babies in priority list .
