Ai cant reach a real person head office fired all its complaints department people with Ai . Fired them with out notification and for a company that is wellness they dont put people first.

This isn't specific to the Victoria location, so no shot at them. This is about a recent ecommerce experience with the Saje website and interactions with their customer service department. Made an order back on Black Friday, had the wrong items shipped. Took 4 attempts to get in contact with someone. After I got in touch with someone, they told me they wouldn't refund the order (even though it was wrong) until I shipped the items back. This company doesn’t stand by their products and has horrible customer service. I wouldn’t waste my money there. I called in prior to attending the store as the button kept getting stuck on my diffuser. This was the day after I bought the diffuser. The store representative said to bring the unit in and they would replace it. I drove 30 min each way to the store and then they refused to replace it.
