I'm not from Victoria and I was meaning to buy something and there was a miscommunication on thier end however they saved what I was meaning to buy to make sure I was able to buy it and were very kind, I am so happy!
I was very excited about the new Aroma Cocoon Diffuser, however the one I bought from the Mayfair store seems to have a defect and stops continuously diffusing before the 4-8hr mark depending on the setting. I tried explaining the issue and hoped they would honor their Diffuser Guarantee with the option of refunding for store credit, but after running it for 10-mins they said it was fine and sent me on my way.
Would not honor warranty on diffuser. Salesperson did not understand return policy. I called headquarters and was immediately shipped a replacement. Not my first unpleasant experience where the staff don’t understand company policies or care to look them up when suggested.
I went to mayfair mall in Victoria where my wife shops. I stood waiting five minutes for sales rep to finish with a customer. I asked if they track sales. Oh yes, of course. This lady took the time to look up the sales history and confirmed the name etc but would not share the history with me. Privacy reasons I guess.
