This was my first time walking into this store. I've heard of these products before but was not very knowledgeable. The young lady Sofia was very helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions with a smile. I'm very happy with my purchase! The store is beautiful, I just felt the music was a little loud for a store the promotes wellness.
I can see why people like this brand. It feels very luxurious but there's a fine line between being talked to and welcomed and being hounded by someone about products. The worker might have been on the spectrum or bullied by their bosses to make sales because they didn't take any of my cues about not being interested in wanting more than one oil scent.
Five stars to Francesca (apologies, if I misspelled) for introducing me to the brand the other day at the Century City Westfield location. Not only was she able to identify the perfect birthday gift for my sister, but also something that I can mix into my routine. Thank you for such a welcoming experience!
