Kelly one of the office managers and another office manager who didn't speak good english were very unprofessional. Saying they sent in prior authorizations.When indeed they didn't according to my insurance company and the pharmacy. Instead of listening to me, talk about it, the other office manager started talking over me on the phone. I told her it was inappropriate and unprofessional so she got louder. Dr. Sunda's office staff are incompetent. There is no point in seeing Dr. Sunda because if she prescribes medication or orders a treatment it will not happen. Her Medical Assistant does not have the knowledge needed to perform her job so she just doesn't do it. Same with the prior authorizations person. Receptionists are rude and do the very bare minimum of their job. I honestly have never had this much difficulty or this poor of service with staff at a medical office, or any other. Wait time is Terrible! Over an hour wait time and if you say something, she laughs and smiles. No new medical information and I'm out $80. And a total of 1 hour and 45 min just to see her for 2 appointments. I wont be back.
Dr sundus is wonderful her staff really blow at call8ng back. Leaving you on hold. And not following through on prescription refills. are done.
