Dr sundus is wonderful her staff really blow at call8ng back. Leaving you on hold. And not following through on prescription refills. are done.
She is a very caring and thorough Dr.
The pictures of the office and parking lot have nothing to do with Dr Sundus. She is an employee in the Flint office as are the other workers. She saved my life and I have gone to this office for over 20 years. I started with Dr Hammoud and always waited up to 2 hours to be seen. Over the past 2 years I now see Dr Sundus, who is a breath of fresh air. An angel found her way to this practice. A professional and very caring doctor. It doesn't look good when I go to make an appointment today, as a new patient and I am put on hold..which isn't the issue, but the fact that I waited for 15 minutes and then she sounded as if she answered, only to hang up on me. Then when I called back not once but twice, she sent me to voicemail. Looks like I will be searching for someone else because if the office staff is this way then it can't be any better walking in the Dr's room.
