She explains everything very clearly as she goes, refers to your records as needed, and makes sure you're understanding what she's explained before moving on. She's also stated at the beginning of every appointment that she will be taking notes, on the computer, and to let her know if you prefer she doesn't. I had an appointment with Dr. Khan before Covid 19. She was on the computer while talking to me. I called her on it and she stopped but she was not happy about it. I chose to change insulin brands and she calculated the dose that I would need and I questioned it. She was not happy about that. I tried it anyway and, as I thought, it was not strong enough.
