Love everything about the stay. We are still here and have been waiting for over 5 hours for a foot vacuum and all we get is a round. Has totally disheartened this whole stay. So aggravated at this point
(I am a former employee.) The outsourcing model now used in non-med departments (placing departments into separate corporations) has resulted in employees being treated badly. It will not sheild Ascension from liability in Tennessee and the Administrator is by law the final authority and not some CEO in another State. This cutting up of the hospital into multiple corporations is why many employees do not like their jobs or the management. Unhappiness is contageous.
Love this hospital so far. Nurses are really sweet and they are taking great care of me!
