The nurse who got me ready for surgery was the sweetest And most efficient person ever. She listened to the answer to every question she asked me.
The weekend staff on the stroke floor is absolutely horrible and rude.
Had an ER visit that resulted in being admitted to 7th floor. I had kind and friendly staff that made a difficult time more joyful. This is similar to when I had surgery here a few years ago and also when my grandbaby was born here. Over these years, it's a blessing to have such kind and friendly people to make you feel like you matter.
My niece was discharged to home today after delivering a baby a couple of days ago. Everyone I encountered this morning was professional and polite. The greeter at the front entrance was superb. He had a genuine smile, opened doors, and offered to drive me to my car. It makes me proud that I spent half of my nursing life at St Thomas (Harding Rd)

My child was bit in the face by a dog. I understand there are more sick people out there. But we waited two hours and we were never seen, we left & went to another hospital. It’s a little bit ridiculous. I work in the medical field and I understand you get busy and have rushes, but when a small child is bit in the face and it’s very obvious you don’t just leave them sitting in the waiting room.
I had my surgery here. I'm on day 3 here and I have to say the doctors, nurses and the rest of the staff are rock star cuties here on The 6th floor!! I really couldn't expect so much attention and care especially with the bad reviews.
Excellent hospital with friendly staff! First visit at this facility and I am totally impressed.
