My daughter was scheduled for an appointment to follow up from her previous hospital visit. once we arrived we were informed by The front staff that there was no appointment showing in there system, I asked to be scheduled for the next available appointment. I had a very disappointing experience at this office. I arrived for a follow-up appointment, but there was a scheduling issue that appeared to be caused by the office. Instead of simply resolving it, I was sent back and forth between receptionists while they argued about who was supposed to help me. One receptionist was apologetic and tried to assist, but another repeatedly interrupted and insisted that I wait for a manager.
