Stay away! Do not use the primary care physicians here. Like others on the reviews, I experienced the same issue. I had a scheduled annual physical with Bilbao but at the last minute they changed the doctor to Caleb Greene who was just starting his career here (photos displayed in the lobby). I like my provider she’s amazing. The office staff is currently great. For a health care facility this has stayed disorganized for the past 3.5 years that I’ve been going here. Management isn’t the best. I am shown evidence they don’t fully train or communicate or work as team. So minor mistakes are often made. Mistakes that could be avoided. Don’t even waste your time trying to get an appointment here. They have already canceled on me twice and I have been waiting to be seen my a doctor since August. It takes for ever to even get an appointment and then when you do get one they call to reschedule. What a waste of a patients time. I wanted to be seen before the end of the year because my health insurance will he changing next year. This is definitely not the right thing to do to patients. No consideration at all. They very very bad I calling them to take appointment they are impatient with the patients that was 2:30pm December 6 they also didn’t respect. They always said they not accepting new patients, but this not the problem the problem is they need to learn how they can speak to each other.
