Caught them trying to pull a fast one. I made an appointment with Brad and left my $100 deposit. Not even two days later, I was getting my central AC unit serviced and was told it would have to be replaced immediately. I contacted Brad and told him I needed to cancel indefinitely (this was a week and a half before the appointment).
