Worst possible experience my son had facial lacerations one to his nose n one to the corner of his eye he's 11 months old n it took over 3 hours to see a dr. In the pediatric dept when there was only 3 other people there then me n my child I was shoved in the corner n left there n when I decided this was long enough n I wanted the firm to leave they refused to let me sign one n told me to wait
The facility is clean. Doctors, nurses and staff are knowledgeable and kind. They are smart, go getter yet with a touch of compassion. They inform the patients and the family all the things they need to know. They make everyone feel good and provide the comfort that everything will be fine.
Very thankful to those working in the children's emergency room for taking great care of my grandson!! ❤
