I placed my order a week before Christmas and called customer service because I needed it for Christmas. Of course they couldn't guarantee anything but said it should be to me by Wednesday. I ended up getting my whole order three days early! No hold times with customer service and when my order arrived it was so much better than what I thought it would be!
