Literally the rudest staff. Whoever is answering their phones seems to not care whether they get another client or not.
They lied to my insurance about what they did and are currently under investigation by BCBS. All they did was ask me detailed questions. They did nothing for my skin rash. They are sending me bills for a copay of 300 when it is 40. They are horrible liars
They are so busy.
