I am sure Dr. Finks is a wonderful doctor. I wouldn't know. It took me 3 months to get an appointment. Then they called me 2 days before to reschedule. I adjusted my time to be there and I waited in the lobby for 45 minutes and in the back room for another 45. I left. Additionally, they requested medical records from a previous doctor via snail mail vs. fax. I went in nearly 3 weeks ahead of time to ensure that my files were there and they mailed it.
