Friendly and helpful staff in all departments! We attend Shape Fitness Center and find it to be a great experience. it is a nice, quiet place for a quick workout and they also offer a lot of great classes.
I have been taking the Light Cardio Fitness for several months and it is great. The instructor is very friendly and always helpful. Unfortunately, the classes are only on Monday and Wednesday!! I sure wish there was a class on Friday as well. Is there any plan to add the Friday class?
