I can go to a move theater today, get my hair cut and go and do about anything BUT St Lukes won’t let you accompany your wife for an ultrasound for your baby. Too dangerous. But If we take all the time and effort to reschedule with another hospital in town (not St Luke’s) I can accompany her. I’m very frustrated. Since you can’t be with your wife she tried to FaceTime with me since I am forced to sit outside the office. NOT ALLOWED “It’s policy”. This is a joke and not patient centered. My son died in their care. They did not allow me to see him , after he had many strokes and seizures. He died alone and they wouldn't allow me to visit him after his death. I wanted an autopsy and they released his body before I could get there. I drove 3 hours , of an 8 hour drive, when they called to tell me his body was released. The worst hospital staff and the Attorney Maggie Neustratt has ignored all my calls and requests for the past 4 years. My son was 33 years old. — with Amy Beach and 30 others.
RecommendedI worked in the medical field for over 25 years (at other hospitals in the Kansas City area) believe me when I tell you that Saint Luke's is the BEST... Great Doctors, Great nurses..all departments..lab,x-ray, GI,etc.
