Ha! Here's my edit (go to the bottom of my review) Not to bash the care or the docs or the CRNA. But BEWARE. There are some large insurance networks that do NOT contract with this facility. I was essentially scammed into getting a colonoscopy here and then direct billed to me almost $2000. And the *PRACTICE MANAGER* and the RECEPTIONIST BOTH KNEW IT and they never told me. Let me start by saying Dr Wendell Clarkson is amazing. Unfortunately this office is horrible. I was seen today by a nurse practitioner Monica Wilson. I was talked down to by her, she seemed to not listen to the issues I had, matter of fact she wasn’t going to listen to anything that came out of my mouth unless it was on the patient chart. LET YOUR PATIENTS TALK AND TELL YOU WHATS WRONG WITH THEM! I’m so tired of having a platinum health plan, having to wait 6 months to get in to be seen! Daughter had colonoscopyy seems to be descrenpsy over a biopsy of the colon instead of a growth oops. 8 biopsy done stomach irritated and in hospital.
I had to wait for them to figure out the billing because it was not updated when my procedure was updated. Then when the doctor finished the test he returned to discuss the results. He stated everything look normal: I told him that was great but asked why did he think I was still having pain. He said he didn’t know and sent me in my way. This was several days ago and I’m still in pain.
I was extremely pleased with the care I received from St. Lukes Hospital. They saved my life. The nursing staff was remarkable. I was very sick when i arrived there and now feel like my old self. Thank you for my great care. I have shared my experience with many.
