The front desk was warm and friendly. The nurse and I had a good few laughs as we filled in my information. Then the doctor arrived and thus began the worst experience I've EVER HAD with any provider's office. I had Dr. Bahn. 1) I waited 6 months for the appointment. Relatively common for specialty providers anymore so that was annoying, but not a deal breaker. 2) Dr. Bahn came in and she was terse from the get go. Worst service ever !!!!! I have been in the process of getting a referral sent over for two months now. I called four times to receive help or an update to see if my referral has been processed. I was given two different fax numbers and was told to call back in 10 days if I haven’t heard anything( First red flag !!- lazy and a system they obviously don’t have faith in) The first time I sent in my referral was on November 15 and the second was December 5th. She was kind , friendly , warm, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. She immediately put me at ease.
