Horrible customer service Everytime I have been there I have been there over 6 hrs and they never really gave me any care for problems .Horrible and staff was very rude .Never agine will waste my time .
Went into the ER this evening for the 1st time. So glad we did. I fell on the ice and broke my arm in 2 places near my wrist. They were super nice and very professional from the young lady at the front desk to the nurse who checked my vitals (and also shares my birthdate) to the xray technician who was super nice and gentle to the nurses who treated me and wrapped my arm and explained everything to the ER doctor who had a great bedside manner and was super informative. If I could give zero stars I would. No one on the maternity floor had any idea of actual rules! They all had different answers! Now tell me your thoughts on this quote, “no one can be on the floor after 8pm cause of the flu guidelines”. Flu guidelines? Now if I arrived at noon, spent the entire rest of the day there, wouldn’t I still have the flu after 8pm if I had it at noon? Then it was only 2 people are allowed in the room, really? I have been to the ER twice because of hip surgery that I need. They were very kind and doctors were thorough. Not a long wait and it was clean.
