Dr. Koch is a joke. I have never seen a worse doctor. If he’s working don’t bother, because he sure won’t. I’ll be calling patient relations tomorrow. The nurses however are AMAZING!!
RecommendedThe staff was great through the entire process. From walking in the door, going to the exam room, being seen by two nurses and the doctor took about 45 minutes. Two CT scans and a couple X-rays, and another follow up by the nurse and the doc gave me the diagnosis, prescribed the treatment, and we were on our way. All in all we spent less time in the building than I have spent waiting in an ER at any hospital.
They were absolutely the best from the lady at the front desk to the nurses to the doctor we had! I’m so glad to have a place close to go knowing they care! Thanks again for everything last night!
Great mini hospital / ER for us living in North Overland Park. Fast service - private and very efficient. In and out fast. I had blood work done - CT scan -and diagnosed - RX and sent on my way. Follow up with my primary doctor next week. 😷😉❤️
I am grateful and very pleased with my ED visit. Dr. Tom Deskin was most helpful with clear explanations, excellent listening skills and top level sense of humor. Perfect for me. Nurse Amy was good also as well as Robert, the XRay person. Thanks to all of you, MK Mustard
Staff was very nice. X-rayed Leg. Diagnosed wit the plateau of my left tibia broken. Put me in a brace, gave me pain pill and script for more. Sent me home and said to call doctor in the morning for appointment? Went home, couple of hours later, went to hospital in ambulance. Should not have been sent home, but straight to hospital!!!
I went in because I had been suffering a migraine for over a month, and nothing was helping. The wait time was minimal, and the front desk staff was very polite and friendly, I will give them that!! But when explaining my situation to the doctor that came in to see me, he basically just told me that I didn't look like I was in enough pain for it to really be migraines. Despite the fact that I've gotten migraines for years, have an extremely high pain tolerance, and had already been dealing with them for over a month. So the ... read more
Very friendly staff, super quick service. Guy who stuck me with the IV was awesome, didn’t feel it!
Very friendly staff. Everyone was very attentive and caring. The facility is very clean and state of the art, and the wait time is minimal!
