I definitely do not recommend anyone to go to the Saint Luke’s in Overland Park. Stacy L, Zeigler was the first person I interacted with and she gives their brand bad vibes. She is very rude, something as simple as a “good morning” or a “hello”, “I’m following up with your inquiry”, INSTEAD she starts off with a “You need to send us”. You ask her a question on “why” and instead of explaining, she responds by emailing you the same thing she said again.
