Update: I contacted patient advocate as directed in the reply below. I was told patient advocates cannot help office visits, only office managers can do that. Sounds like a the reply is just an automated message which is also not helpful. I had a very bad experience at this practice starting at just before 3:30pm on Wednesday, May 31st, 2023. When I arrived at the first-floor check in, the nice lady said I had to be checked in by phone from the 2nd floor employees. She also mentioned that it looked like my apt was scheduled for 3:15 and not 3:30. It is possible that I scheduled the times wrong on the calendar, but if I did, that would be a first for me.
