We drove 3 1/2 hours one way to get here. It was well worth it!

Free admission and enough thins to do and see that it'll be an entire day's worth of activity. The polar bear was by far my favorite!
You must experience the very fabulous St. Louis Zoo!!!
Good look at the Lions and other animals that are usually not seen.
Go in early. There is so much to see and the animals look well treated.
Check out the penguin exhibit! Some exhibits are close and personal, while some others involve lots of animals behind a glass window.
This is the last free zoo in the US, and it's amazing. Don't miss sea lion sound and the Penguins. Those are our favorite exhibits. the carousel & Children's Zoo are also free the first hour each day.
