My son was transferred here last March after suffering from a grand male seizure where he was diagnosed with epilepsy. He sees the neurologist and neurosurgeon and they are both amazing and he loves coming for appts.
They took great care of my son. He has been seizure free since he started seeing the Drs here!
I've been taking my daughter there since she was born due to her medical condition she has to see a neurologist and a neurosurgeon we had moved and I had scheduled her an appointment with a different doctor but had to move back due to my personal medical issues I tried calling today to reach out for a second time on getting her reset up and established with her neurologist and I inform them that she was having some severe issues all I got from the receptionist was I'll call you back I have to talk to my supervisor after I ha... read more
Sat for over an hour to only find out the doctor wasn't even in the office. How does a doctor not know they have patients? They seemed like this wasn't even a big deal. Who is managing this department? Very disappointing!
