I’ve been to this hospital twice and on the phone with them more times than I can count and my experiences are all the same. Extremely poor. No one seems to know anything, people of authority will give different answers to the same question. I’ve had multiple nurses ASK ME what my test is because they “never heard of it” and haven’t done on in the hospital in decades. I did one in March. Although not everyone is rude. Shouldn’t even have one star, I waited with a head injury in the er for well over 5 hours to be seen then another 2 waiting on a head scan and also to properly check vitals and such. They wouldn’t even give me anything like an ice pack or even let me wash my face at all until I was seen to ease the pain. Most of the staff also ignored me and pretended I wasn’t even there, utterly disgraceful.
From my personal experience so far the service delivered in Audiology department in general is good the only thing that I can say it could be better is the telephone communication when it comes to calling to request an appointment.This definitely needs to be improved.
This place dont even deserve 1 star how im sitting here for 3 hours and still waiting smh
