Absolutely awful. Better off going anywhere else. No matter how sick or how much agony your in, they'll leave you in the waiting room hours, then if you get a room, they'll leave you on a dirty cold hard table for 7 hours before a Dr comes in to treat you like your an idiot and at best give you Tylenol which you probably took before you ever came to the hospital out of desperation. They'll just treat you like your a waste of time no matter what the problem. Go anywhere else. I'd give less stars if possible. An old man in pai... read more

My friend is at Saint Joe’s dying from cancer and the care. There is absolutely terrible. They hardly ever check on him. They don’t get him up out of bed, which is still a little bit capable of that. They don’t empty his urinal when it needs to be emptied, they say they’re coming back to give a shower and they don’t come back until the family calls him back. It’s very sad the treatment I’ve worked in nursing for 40+ years and the places I’ve worked I’ve never treated their people like.

If you are in need of infusions, the center at St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center cannot be topped. Every person you meet will treat you professionally with your absolute comfort and care in mind. Everyone goes out of their way to make your day great! This is a very positive department. Kudos and thank you to the nurses Jamey, Arla, Shannon, Randi, Brenda, Destiny, and Melissa, Marilyn in Registration, and Tom and Cris as Greeters.

Spouse went to ER after hitting head resulting in tight face and crooked smile. Treated like she was garbage as a former volunteer deputy and medic I'm appalled!
