I have been to this hospital more times then I can count, between my self,kids, and family members. Today was the best experience I have very had. The doctor was awesome (can't remember his name) my nurse was the absolutely the best. Thank you Rosie and your team

My son was in the ER for a serious issue. The place was almost vacant. As he was laying in bed in severe discomfort, the medical staff could be loudly heard laughing and joking around with each other. At one point we heard them talking and laughing about his situation. I was mortified by their behavior. I understand coworkers talking, but seriously, in the ER, loud enough for the patient who is in pain to hear? They were rude and disrespectful. Once i was back and into a room the doctor and nurse were great. They are the reason for the three stars. However the lack of compassion and annoyance so obviously displayed by the person at the receiving desk and the woman in what I believe would be the triage area- taking blood pressure, etc. was astounding. I told them I was having a miscarriage and excessively bleeding and having extreme abdominal pain and was made to sit in the waiting room for an hour while bleeding through my clothing, after sighing and saying “yeah… ... read more
