Sitting here in the ER waiting room now for over 5 hours. My mother was admitted on 1/2/24 for having the flu and a bacterial infection. They released her on 1/4/24 and we were told she was well enough to go home. As of today 1/6/24, we are back at the hospital and have been in ER waiting now for over 5 hours, my mom so sick and weak that she can't hold her head up and having trouble breathing they cannot find a room for her right now! The worst customer service over billing issues that I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Overcharged, lost my payment info because of their 2022 cyber issue, made me provide check copies as evidence twice, 5 months later no refund and customer service responds with I can not give you an estimate on your refund timing. Customer service will not tell you their first and last name. Absolutely the worst customer service. Buyer of services beware.
the worse emergency room I have been to .when i saw the doctor and told her what was going on she said there was nothing she could do so I lift would never go back
The icu nurse I talked to today was horrible and rude. First time I called to check on mom in icu with covid and she hung up on me. So heart breaking to think this nurse is caring for my mom. After this I dont trust her. We are all going thru things but the lack of compassion shows me she has no business being there. Doesnt make this place look good at all.
Worst hospital by far in our area. So bad in fact my insurance carrier asked me to stop going there. They over charge by more than double, they don't submit proper paperwork to insurance carriers and try to charge you over and above what the EOB says is your share. Currently fighting 3 seperate bills like this with insurance as the middle man. Providers are really amazing but the business side of this hospital is shady!!! Be aware!!
They are jokes I had a friend go in there with a real bad headache and they told him they wasn't nothing wrong with him sent him home and he had a major heart attack and died the next morning
