I would first like to say you all are BLESSED, to have Richandra (sorry if I spelled it incorrectly), she is the ONLY front desk staff, that shows care, compassion, & is always helpful and friendly! I gave a one star because every other front desk staff member is TERRIBLE, rude, will talk over you, loves giving medical professional recommendations instead of really trying to help you get the care you need! I have had an extraordinary experience of care at this office! Abigail Abs is my provider, and she could not be more caring and compassion. Every single member of staff that I have interacted with has made me feel safe and welcomed. That’s a big deal for me, as I experience a lot of medical anxiety!
