The doctors have always been great and helpful. However the check in, reception, assistants, etc... are not. at all. rude. short. unhelpful. uncaring. I am not sure why they are in the healthcare industry and I am sure they have also forgotten at this point.
I have been with NP Gettler for a few years now and I can honestly say she and her nurses and team are the best around. Laura is extremely attentive to her patients needs. You can tell they actually care here. Jennifer M is such an amazing nurse as well. She goes above and beyond and shows so much care to everyone! I can’t say enough about this office.
My family switched here after Dr. Bulger retired. This office is well staffed and very organized. Dr. Batthjes and Nurse Becky treat you like family. Love using the MyChart app to schedule appointments and refill prescriptions.
In March of 2024, I went to Dr. Battjes for a paragard IUD removal. She removed the IUD and stepped out so I could get dressed. I saw the IUD on the tray, which was an L (not a T like is should have been). The nurse came in to bring me pads and I told her how I don’t think that is right and there is a missing piece still inside of me.
