Impossible to call and get someone to answer. Just trying to reschedule an appointment and Ive been on hold for almost 30 minutes. Front desk staff is not very friendly when you go in.
The doctors have always been great and helpful. However the check in, reception, assistants, etc... are not. at all. rude. short. unhelpful. uncaring. I am not sure why they are in the healthcare industry and I am sure they have also forgotten at this point.
