I had put an inquiry in for a refill on my medication over 2 weeks ago and they never responded so now today rolls around and inners the medication and I call and they cannot do anything until the doctor comes back even though this is on them and I just have to deal with something that EASILY could have been avoided I'm not sure why this is becoming such an issue over there but in the last year or so the clinic has gone way down hill and I have no choice but to switch my doctors at this point. Once again I was kind of brushed off and just and left feeling like I was being putting under a microscope under a last minute scenario with my daughter and the holidays I think my four year run with our lady is coming to an end sadly it's just not the same
