I’m changing my review although I’ve had some conflicts of interests along the way at times for whatever reasons, I’ve come to the fact that the good does outweigh the bad and have been with them for going on 5 years now. Dr. Sargon legitimately is a good doctor and I appreciate her as a doctor and a person. I wish scheduling was a little smoother and we would be good as gold.
I am not a fan of the response times from office staff in the app, however Dr. Sarfo gets 5/5! She is amazing, listens to all my concerns, discusses many options. I can't say enough good about her.

I had put an inquiry in for a refill on my medication over 2 weeks ago and they never responded so now today rolls around and inners the medication and I call and they cannot do anything until the doctor comes back even though this is on them and I just have to deal with something that EASILY could have been avoided I'm not sure why this is becoming such an issue over there but in the last year or so the clinic has gone way down hill and I have no choice but to switch my doctors at this point.
