Very disappointed that this is closing with no warning to it's patients. I had an appointment for my 3 month birth control shot and they said they'd need to reschedule, then called back the next week to tell me they were closing because no provider on staff that I could fill my prescription and give myself the shot. Now I'm stuck with no birth control looking for a new doctor.
