I came in to pick up a prescription for lupus for the first time and asked for information on the meds if there’s anything I should know and he said to read the paper inside, do they not have a knowledgeable pharmacist available? I just got a diagnosis and would have liked a little bit of information. Truly heartbreaking and makes me feel like an idiot for even asking. Truly unprofessional. Since my insurance is making me do mail order prescriptions I have been getting my blood pressure and blood thinner filled here. They are always nice and helpful when I talk to someone on the phone. Seems like they are gonna be a great pharmacy to deal with in the future.
