PHYSICAL THERAPY: One physical therapist would always be on their cell phone and make small talk instead of watching my form during each 45-minute session. Another one was extremely impatient when delivering a life sentence diagnosis. I couldn't tell if they were just having a bad day or just taking it out on me. Either way, it was extremely unhelpful. Christopher Dela Rosa is absolutely amazing. He helped rehab my wrists and knees so I can work and play again without constant pain. He has a very good holistic approach and helps Institute the needed exercises for healing and maintaining your body. Of all the PT's I have been to in 40 years for injuries Chris has hands down been best in his approach and efficacy! Do yourself a favor and check out the services, these folks really know what they are doing.
