I had been seeing Dr. Floyd for a couple of years. He was ok. I only needed him to manage my blood pressure mainly. I sent a refill request and about 1.5 weeks later I was notified that it was denied. I called to find out why and was told that he was no longer practicing and that that office could not manage my care. They apparently don't find it important to share those things with patients. I also had some tests done and the results were being sent to him and I guess they'll just hang out in that office until I find a comp... read more
