I had been seeing Dr. Floyd for a couple of years. He was ok. I only needed him to manage my blood pressure mainly. I sent a refill request and about 1.5 weeks later I was notified that it was denied. I called to find out why and was told that he was no longer practicing and that that office could not manage my care. They apparently don't find it important to share those things with patients. Very professional and nice to me. The staff make me feel comfortable everytime I come in and actually take the time to listen to my concerns.
My husband and I recently started going to this clinic and we are so glad we found them. The staff is all friendly and professional, already know us when we come in, and my provider William McMahon actually listened to my concerns, ordered tests, and got answers when other doctors dismissed me.
