Very disorganized, frustrating to deal with, and negligent when it comes to care. I normally like to leave positive reviews for doctors but this office has wasted a full month of my time where I could have been receiving care elsewhere.

It is nearly impossible to get in touch with any of the medical staff. After my first appointment I had prescription errors, problems with a lack of test results coming through, no follow up, and no treatment plan due to all of the errors. After three weeks of attempting to make phone calls and write messages it is time to find a new doctor.

Good Morning to all, i have been on the phone trying to reach this office as i am writing this post, I let the phone just ring, ring and ring and still no one picks up, I JUST WANT MY MEDICINE/ ARE YOU GUYS EVEN THERE, I NEED A PRESCIPTION FILLED..........THATS ALL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I used to see a doctor here, and had no issues with her. The reason for my rating is 100 percent due to the office. They are rude and also maintain unreasonable and illogical “policies”. I was told over the phone that because I did not go for follow up within three years that I had to receive a referral again. I explained that their office had all my records and that I have a congenital neurological condition that does not go away, but they still refused. I am surprised to read any negative comments about this office. I have worked with more than one of the doctors over a period of two plus years. I have never had any issue with the office people at all - friendly and professional. The two doctors I have seen and the APRN are superb. I am very grateful for their help and I am happy to be writing this review.
