SURGERY DEPARTMENT FIRST FLOOR LEVEL. Receptionist are completely clueless of how to do they're job. Rheumatology department at 1000 asylum st. is kept at a temperature that is so hot it makes you physically sick. when afflicted with lupus ,MS or fybromyalgia Seeking treatment and help from a Dr's. Office that makes you physically sick to walk into from your afflictions defeats the purpose. Would not recommend the medical practice to anybody with a disease that afflicts you with heat intolerance.
Well. First of all the St. Francis medical group is impossible to get a hold of. No one will ever call you back. This is the worst company for customer service I have ever experienced. They are also associated with Saint Francis Hospital, but if you call Saint Francis hospital they'll tell you that they have nothing to do with that group. My experience was horrible and if the ambulance asks what hospital to go to... DO NOT SAY ST. FRANCIS HOSPITAL. You just get more headaches that way.
